We understand that joining any boot camp may seem a little intimidating, but don’t let the title “Boot Camp” scare you away. Although we do consider it a boot camp – this one does differ because we do not use the yelling and screaming style, embarrassing whistles blown at you, or punish you for not completing an exercise. Our instructors encourage you to do your personal best and help you achieve the next fitness level in a positive, friendly and fun environment. We are open to all levels of fitness as we have options for different levels – but just so you know we know, we CAN tell when you are or are not challenged!
We also take into consideration and injuries or limitations you may have. Before you start a boot camp session we will have a short orientation to meet with you and go over a health assessment, fitness goals, and physical levels. This will provide us a “start point” and we will be able to monitor your improvements. Part of the evaluation will include body fat composition tests and brief overviews to better prepare you for the boot camp.

1: We reserve the right to cancel a session (only if fewer than five people are signed up for a class). In this case, you will be notified in advanced. Anyone who has paid will receive a full refund.
2: Classes are always held - rain or shine.
3: There's no refund once a payment has been processed. However, we do offer a class credit which may be given for valid reasons such as medical or emergency matters. This must be done so with proper notice.
4: You must sign the waiver and health assessment/history forms and submit payment in full prior to starting the session.
5: All returned checks incur a $25 fee.
6: You will not be reimbursed for any missed classes. However, for valid reasons such as medical or emergency matters with proper notice, you will receive a class credit toward future sessions.
7: Sign-up with a friend discount (The Friends and Family Special) is available only to NEW campers.
8: Only one discount can be used per session. Discounts are taken off the full price. Any coupons received through our Affiliate Partners can be used only by NEW campers.
