So each daily routine I’ve created for Fast and Fierce Fitness Made Fabulously Fun! was specifically designed with everyone’s tight schedule in mind:

I spent lots of extra time detailing these exercises because it’s CRUCIAL for you to do them properly. Otherwise, not only will you not see the results you’re looking for, but you may also be building the muscle incorrectly… or worst… be at risk for injury. So be sure to pay close attention to the photos and instructions.

And forget that pesky plateau you always hear so much about. Part of what makes the 5F fitness program SO FIERCE is you’ll keep your body consistently challenged over the entire 12 weeks by changing up the variables. Increase the sets and reps, change the order…. there are tons of ways for you to keep the body guessing. I tell you all about them in the book…
