This program is based on Laura Mak’s 18 years education and experience in the fitness industry. You will receive everything via email, including daily meals and snacks, grocery shopping list, and options to change meal plans.

Here are the 7 Simple Steps of The Premiere Online Nutrition Club: 1. Begin with a 20 minute “Getting Started” phone call - we will get acquainted and discover if this program is right for you. 2. Review the profile – you complete forms covering your health history, email them to Laura, and she will review to create the best program for you. 3. Select from over 30 different type of meal plans – you can choose from Gluten-free, Fitness and Performance, Energy Booster, On-the-go, Teen scene, Glycemic management, Disease prevention like diabetes, cancer prevention (general), breast cancer, and several others that you can begin using. 4. Check your email box – you will receive your 7day weekly nutritional plan within three days after our phone consultation and profile review. Each week you will have the meals updated according to your results based on the previous week. 5. Organized grocery list – you will receive a grocery shopping list for the foods based on your nutrition that week. 6. Update program – we will update your program weekly based on your results, weight changes, or meal plan changes. 7. Enjoy – this is a lifestyle of healthy nutrition and not a quick-fix diet plan. We will help you reach your health and fitness goals through proper nutrition.
